Global Impact of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Victoria Budson, Senior Vice President & Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Women around the world continue to make great strides toward equality. Statistics show that when women are involved in the political, social and economic life of their countries and communities, they are better positioned to increase attention for women’s rights. Simply providing women and girls with an education can lead to healthier families and children, less poverty and stronger national economies. In this session we will discuss why it is important to have women in positions of power, the current status of women’s rights and what’s ahead. Explore how to impact your community and build the tools for goal driven authentic leadership.
